Hello! My name is Maria and I have been a figure skater since I was six years old . As part of my Gold Award in Girl Scouts, I decided to combine figure skating and health in this blog to address today’s growing population of physically inactive children. My mission is to inspire youngsters to be more active and develop an interest in figure skating as well as gain knowledge of physical exercise and its health benefits.
